Join our team: we are hiring a water supply plumber in Floyd County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Read plumbing layouts and mark pipe routes on site • Solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings • Cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections • Chase walls and floors for concealed pipework • Carry out pressure testing on newly laid pipe runs • Lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting, bending and crawling • Familiar with pressure testing and leak detection • 2+ years' hands-on plumbing experience Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
