Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Cumberland County, Maine. You will be based in a job-work machining unit. You will set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; load and index turning tools in the turret; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; write and edit G-code programs at the control. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
