Plastering hand • Kootenai County, Idaho

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plastering hand in Kootenai County, Idaho. The role involves: • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings Requirements: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline Rotating shifts.
