Port container crane operator wanted in Hertford County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Hertford County, North Carolina. You will be based in a steel fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block What we are looking for: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
