Shuttering carpenter • Grand Isle County, Vermont

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Grand Isle County, Vermont. The job is on a residential tower site. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Your main tasks: • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking 4+ years on the tools preferred.
