Bread baker wanted in Imperial County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Imperial County, California. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
