Lift installation engineer wanted in Champaign County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Champaign County, Ohio. On the job you will handle: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments You should have: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Valid driving licence for site call-outs 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
