You should have: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping The role involves: • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer Rotating shifts.
