Great opportunity: sand plant operator (Lagos State)

Join our team: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government Area, Lagos State. You will work in a non-ferrous casting shop. Your main tasks: • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity What we are looking for: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
