Sample machinist — Ingham County

Join our team: we are hiring a sample machinist in Ingham County, Michigan. The role involves: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go Requirements: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
