Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Sabine Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight On the job you will handle: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required 5+ years on the tools preferred.
