GMAW welder wanted in Clay County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Clay County, Florida. You will be based at a busy production line. On the job you will handle: • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration Requirements: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
