Injection moulding machine operator • Brown County, Nebraska

Vacancy available: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in Brown County, Nebraska. Day to day you will clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing. Requirements: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
