Shuttering charge hand — Mercer County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. You will work at an infrastructure construction site. The role involves brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts 4+ years on the tools preferred.
