Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Valley County, Idaho. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes On a typical shift you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
