Track-type tractor operator — Antrim and Newtownabbey

Join our team: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland. You will be based on a dam or embankment job. The role involves clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil. What we are looking for: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters 2+ years on the tools preferred. £1,850 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
