Split AC fitter • Orleans Parish, Louisiana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Orleans Parish, Louisiana. The job is on residential and commercial sites. The role involves recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit; clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter; charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges; commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow. Requirements: • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules 2+ years on the tools preferred.
