Glass cutter — Osceola County

Now hiring: we are hiring a glass cutter in Osceola County, Iowa. You will be based on a high-rise facade project. What we are looking for: • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves You will clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers; fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Contact us to fix an interview.
