We are recruiting: we are hiring a HVAC installer in Chemung County, New York. Requirements: • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Presentable and polite with customers on site • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage On a typical shift you will recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit; insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
