You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
