Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Day to day you will clear and reset tables between covers; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends.
