GTAW welder • Van Zandt County, Texas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Van Zandt County, Texas. The role involves read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush. You should have: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
