Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
