Requirements: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel The role involves: • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors Rotating shifts.
