Fry cook — Lincoln Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
