Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Fayette County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On a typical shift you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
