Requirements: • 1-2 years experience as a security guard • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day to day you will log every visitor and vehicle in the duty register; operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door; respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts; hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; write up incident reports after any disturbance.
