Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welder in Cecil County, Maryland. Day-to-day duties: • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding Requirements: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
