We are recruiting: we are hiring a FMCG sales rep in City of Colonial Heights, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills • Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence • Willing to work on a commission/incentive basis On a typical shift you will handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints; plan the route and visit retailers on the beat; greet walk-in customers and find out what they need; negotiate prices and close the deal; prepare the daily sales report for the supervisor; handle cash and card payments at the counter.
