Urgent requirement: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Hinds County, Mississippi. You will work on flat roofs and terraces. The role involves install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off.
