Bar bender and fixer wanted in Turner County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Turner County, South Dakota. You will work on a commercial tower construction site. Your main tasks: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings Requirements: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
