Dish pit attendant • Henderson County, Kentucky

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Henderson County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
