Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Somerset County, New Jersey. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits.
