We are recruiting: we are hiring a factory worker in Newton County, Arkansas. You will work in a food processing unit. What we are looking for: • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly • Able to work as part of a team on a busy line Day to day you will operate and feed production machines on the line; stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them; read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs); keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping; change over tooling and settings between product runs; record output figures and downtime on the production log. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
