Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Frederick County, Maryland. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Your main tasks: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Part-time with flexible hours.
