Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Full-time with occasional weekends.
