Ideal candidate: • Valid two-wheeler driving licence • Willing to work shifts, weekends and peak meal times The role involves: • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point • Capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset • Wear a helmet and reflective jacket and follow road-safety rules • Refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run • Sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub • Handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding Rotating shifts.
