GMAW welder wanted in Putnam County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Putnam County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
