On a typical shift you will collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end; capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset; keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders.
