We are recruiting: we are hiring a cold room technician in Winona County, Minnesota. You will work on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. You should have: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold Your main tasks: • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets Six days a week, one day off.
