Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar installer in Magama, Niger State. You will work at a precast concrete yard. You will lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust. Ideal candidate: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations 4+ years on the tools preferred.
