We are recruiting: GMAW welder (Idaho)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Bear Lake County, Idaho. You will be based at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. You will bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift.
