Final inspection operator wanted in Stoke-on-Trent

Join our team: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Stoke-on-Trent, England. Day-to-day duties: • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation Requirements: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around £2,550 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
