Slinger signaller wanted in Le Sueur County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Le Sueur County, Minnesota. You will work in a heavy machinery workshop. On a typical shift you will read lift plans and method statements before starting; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists. What we are looking for: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear 2+ years on the tools preferred. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
