Aluminium workshop fabricator wanted in Clay County

Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium workshop fabricator in Clay County, Mississippi. You will work in a glazing and curtain wall company. Ideal candidate: • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints The role involves: • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • De-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
