Immediate opening: we are hiring a site safety steward in Morgan County, West Virginia. Requirements: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate On a typical shift you will take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
