Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Starke County, Indiana. You will work in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Part-time with flexible hours.
