We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Furnas County, Nebraska. The job is on a bridge maintenance job. On the job you will handle: • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid What we are looking for: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms Part-time with flexible hours.
