Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Wood County, Wisconsin. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
