Join our team: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Jefferson County, Mississippi. You will work at a renovation and extension job. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks You will laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod.
